The Kashi Security Training and Skill Transfer division provides the following services

• Security related training
• Process development and consultancy in Fail Safe services –
  • Incidence Response management
  • Crisis Management Planning
  • Operational Continuity Plan
• Leadership and Management skills development

The team provides training not only to our own employees but also to clients who are desirous of training their staff and management.

Security training is provided at three levels:

• Security guards
• Security managers / Officers
• Middle and Senior executives level Officers

Specially selected guard forces and supervisors receive one week to one month training and then are to appear in a structured test for evaluation of learning.

The training covers the physical, psychological and operational aspects that a security solution requires to become effective. We have an experienced and qualified set of instructors and consultants to carry out these responsibilities. The pool of qualified and experienced trainers and instructors provide the training in the following stages:

• Basic Training
• Intermediate Training
• Advanced Training
• Specialist Training
• Refresher Training

The training envisaged is round-the-year progressive training that maintains the quality and ensures that all the security personnel are adequately trained to meet their job profile and role(s) assigned to them.

A ‘Certificate of Participation’ is awarded to the participants who successfully complete the programme.
